What are compute hours?
A compute hour measures the time your AI agents run on our cloud infrastructure. Each agent consumes compute while active. When your included hours are used up, you can buy more at $0.50/hr or upgrade your plan.
What is BYOK?
Bring Your Own Keys. Use your existing API keys from any AI provider — OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or any OpenAI-compatible API. We never mark up your inference costs. Your keys, your spend.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing, while downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens when I run out of compute hours?
We notify you at 80% usage. When hours are exhausted, workspaces pause — no surprise bills. You can buy additional hours at $0.50/hr or upgrade your plan for more included hours.
